- Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item arrives in our warehouse.
Cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee of the item’s total cost to cover processing and administrative costs.
To cancel, contact us with your order number.
- Payment & Refunds
Pre-orders require full or partial payment upfront (depending on the product).
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued minus the 6% fee within 5-7 business days.
If the item has already been shipped or arrived in stock, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Release Dates & Delays
All release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.
We will keep you updated via email if delays occur.
If an item is permanently discontinued, you will receive a full refund (no cancellation fee).
- Modifications
Changes to pre-orders (e.g., shipping address, payment method) must be requested at least 14 days before the expected release date. - Final Sale Items
Some limited-edition or exclusive items may be marked as “Non-Cancellable” at checkout. These cannot be refunded or cancelled once ordered.
